Products and pricing
All products are handcrafted in small batches, which means colors, weights, and textures may vary slightly from item to item. This is a natural characteristic of handmade skincare and is not a defect.
We make every effort to display product colors and ingredients accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will match the physical product exactly.
Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product information errors.
Orders and payments
Orders are processed through our Shopify-powered store. Payment is collected at the time of checkout through Shopify's secure payment system.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that contain errors in pricing or product information.
If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Shipping
We aim to ship orders within the time frame stated on each product or in our shipping confirmation. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Returns
Our return policy is detailed separately on our Return Policy page. In summary, we accept returns only for goods that arrive damaged or unusable.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted our return policy.
Product reviews
When you leave a product review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and publish that review on our website and in promotional materials.
Reviews must be honest and based on your genuine experience. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews that are off-topic, misleading, offensive, or otherwise violate our review guidelines.
We may display a 'Verified purchase' badge on reviews we confirm through our order records.
