Shipping Policy

Processing time
Every product is handcrafted in small batches, so each order is made or packed fresh for you. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of being placed.
During new drops, restocks, and holiday seasons, processing may take up to 7 business days. We'll always email you a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves our studio.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping (3–6 business days in transit): $6.95 flat rate within the United States.
Orders over $75 ship free within the United States.
Expedited shipping (1–3 business days in transit): $14.95 flat rate within the United States.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery estimates
U.S. orders (standard): typically arrive 6–11 business days after you place your order, including processing.
U.S. orders (expedited): typically arrive 4–8 business days after you place your order, including processing.
International orders: typically arrive 10–21 business days after processing, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, and customs processing can affect transit times.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Order page using your order number and email address.
Shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address before checking out. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your address shortly after ordering, email Contact@mekathesoapgoddess.com with your order number and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please wait 2 business days and check with neighbors and household members first, then contact us.
For packages that appear lost in transit, we'll work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund. Contact us at Contact@mekathesoapgoddess.com with your order number and tracking details.
