Our promise
Every product is handcrafted in small batches, and we want you to love what you receive. If something arrives damaged or unusable, we're here to make it right.
Return eligibility
Due to the personal nature of skincare and body-care products, we accept returns only for goods that arrive damaged or unusable.
We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or are simply no longer wanted. Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not offered.
How to report a damaged or unusable item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise unusable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Contact@mekathesoapgoddess.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the item.
Once we receive your message, we'll reply with instructions. There's no need to return the damaged product unless we ask you to.
Refunds and replacements
For approved damaged or unusable claims, we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is only required when we ask, and in those cases we'll cover the cost.
Final-sale items
Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom or personalized items are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or unusable.
